If you use a pizza pan (it's round and has holes throughout) then it'll evenly cook your crust. Also, you could thin the dough out a little in the middle and that'll help as well. Have you ever made a pizza with cauliflower crust or potato crust? There are tons of vegan YouTube videos demonstrating those options as well. Happy eating!
These are the exact vitamins that I take! The flavor is good as well. I keep them in my car because I don’t won’t to forget to take them everyday! That pizza looks so good Kisha! I’m here on day 20 raw vegan, gotta make it through!!!
I thought my son was showing signs of ADHD. I read about B12. After about a month, I was able to cancel his appointment with an ADHD specialist. My son's doctor agreed there no was need for follow up. B12 is the business.
A lot of the info on gluten is wrong. A lot of people are avoiding it unnecessarily. The best thing to do is pull it out of your diet for 3 weeks, 21 days. Reintroduce it and see if you feel off in mood or bloated. That's the best way to tell if you are affected by it.
I started taking the B12 drops mid January and my anxiety has ceased as well! My anxiety was so horrible that I couldn’t even get my hair braided because the attacks would flare up!! But now, I feel amazing! And I haven’t had an attack since the last week in January! IT REALLY WORKS!
I absolutely love your videos! But Kisha, I would appreciate it so much more if you were real with us in the moment. It seems that you come on camera and say that you are feeling amazing and things are great, but there are extreme situations happening behind the scenes. Like the ambulance situation, the day after you came on camera as if everything was good. Im not saying lay your issues out in front of us, but it seems fake to say your feeling amazing when your muscles are twitching, or the ambulance had to come for fatigue or whatever. I understand you wanted to wait for the B12 to kick in but being more real in the moment makes you more relatable. Again, I love your videos and energy, but it’s obvious that the real is not always being displayed. Love and light! Keep up the great work.
Hey girl I have some very exciting news I lost 20 more pounds since last year starting was 182 I hit a plateau at 158 broke that now I'm 138 I'm doing another weigh in on Monday but I am too happy I hope you achieve your goals!

I asked myself the same question year's ago, so I did some research,and for me is not an option. I would have to exclude so many foods and it's not really proven that people who are not intolerant would benefit from it. There's a big controversy about that, I guess you have to research for yourself, some even say only the gluten free food industry will benefit from all the hype,since people buying the more expensive foods. I came to the conclusion, that I only scratch foods off my diet if it's really bad for me, and so far it doesn't harm me and even studies couldn't proof the benefit of going gluten free when not intolerant to the protein.
