When you say 40 – 60 calories a week you mean 40-60 calories each day of that week or 7 calories more each day of that week (49 calories more by the end of that week?) after I get to my goal weight and want to be at maintenance calories is it the same guidelines
Learnt this the hard way! Dropped to 1000 and then obviously gained it all back + more! Now I'm eating 2150 a day and losing 1 kg a week or more! It's incredible and am never hungry 😍

If you start eating more fruits and vegetables and foods with fiber, you will lose weight anyway, because the more processed your food is, the more energy the body can take from it. So eating less processed foods automatically means your body can absorb less energy from it. That's also a reason why on a plantbased diet without processed foods, you can feel full and feel like you eat a lot and still not gain weight or even loose weight.
