I went from 85kg skinny fat to 56kg extremely lean. The killing of my previous self really resonated with me. That's something I've started telling myself when I was 6 months into my journey. I've kept my weight stable for 2 years, training even with a cast on after breaking my calcaneus.
I thought you were trying to simplify for the layman but this guy is impossible
32:51 regarding around this mark, does anyone else feel ravenously hungry after swimming?
Is there a beginner version of this podcast. 🧐

Following Layne for a while, i am benefiting his knowledge for free and this is amazing. I decided to give a chance to carbon app, i am very active (above 15h a week cycling and strength). I am pretty much disappointed with the app. Everybody agrees on potential deviation of calorie values on food labels but we still track it however not integrating exercise calories into app because they can be up to 30% wrong. If you are riding a bike with a power meter this activity is much more accurate than a food label i think but for Carbon app it is not. What is even worse is you cannot add exercise calories manually too. It turns into a crazy game if you do more than one session a day. Also food database covers very little from europe.
So naturally shaking my leg is NEET and not ADHD. So basically we’re medicating kids because they’re fidgety when in reality they’re just reacting to a shitty high sugar diet.
I’m notifing the world is full of glass onions. Dumb Crime and darkness right in our eyes but we dnt see or listen until we HAVE to look deeper

LMAO I've never seen a skinny person sitting in front of a Diet Coke in my LIFE. Where are these 100 pound figures coming from? Guinness Book of World Records? XD

Bookmarking this one so I can takes notes. Thank you 🙂
I've done psychedelics for a while now. Unless you have a genetic predisposition then you will be fine. If you trip do not start with mushrooms as the dosing is not as accurate.
I've tripped using acid and had the greatest breakthrough in my life. I had depression and it helped me realize a lot of things about myself.
I have never in ym life seen someone react like this to psychedelics, not even my friend who is predisposed to schizophrenia.
This is the result of untreated and severe mental illness. LSD will
Not permanently alter your brain and is quite safe.
First make sure you've had a good meal, and trip outside with a goof and trusted friend. Once you stat7h

At about 2:56:00, Satiaty vs exercise: my experience is that I can delay my regular lunch 2-3 hrs if I can start my worked about 30-60 min prior my regular lunch time. I am guessing that the release of some hormones and or myokines may suppress the release of Ghrelin hormone.
