✅️ I personally love the keep the number of the exercises and the sets low and to go all out during these few sets. This is not only how i train my biceps but my whole body in general. PLEASE NOTE: This advice is only meant for advanced lifters. Beginners or intermediate lifters profit from higher reps and should keep their focus on learning the proper form first.
