i burn the calories with fire forget it! im just gonna eat i have other important things in my life and i should not be overcome with anxiety over weight im sick of stressing over the scale and the calories and everything its not good and i am totally unwell psychologically my self image is very poor and the way i see myself and was trying to change myself for my family who made many comments about me and my weight im so sick of obsessing over this its too complicated and frustrating

I don't think I quite understand…if I'm not burning the excess calories that I am adding, then won't the calories just go to fat? Am I supposed to be exercising more? How does the metabolism change if my calories are increasing? (Sorry for all the questions!)

I know you share your macros often, but can you let us know how many calories you eat in a day? I know this number will be different for everyone, but I'm curious and I'm sure it will be helpful. Do your calorie intakes change on days when you're more active? Thanks!
Another point against the low calorie diets is that not only do you deprive yourself of calories, but you also deprive yourself of enough nutrients that your body needs to work efficiently.
