Many folks with GI problems cannot eat raw veggies. It causes flare ups. Would participate otherwise.. so Iβll just juice π
I live in the Pacific Northwest & it's the middle of winter so unsure I will always be able to get the fruits & veggies you may have included in this 21 day challenge
