could you write out everything including the portion sizes or measurements and put it in descriptions it would be great if you would do a video you can't save shorts
I love this recipe! I tried it this morning, I love smoothies, I am trying to lose weight with my PCOS, whilst also being an extremely busy mom, smoothies are my best friend for breakfast and lunch. I also really appreciate a smoothie recipe without banana, I recently started taking spironolactone to help with PCOS symptoms and suddenly am navigating nutrition without added potassium, which is confusing and quite difficult when finding a protein powder. I really enjoy your videos, you are very motivating and really up my knowledge!

So don't use coconut milk from a can because it's higher in fat, but then dump in straight coconut oil out of a jar? How does that work?
