Nutritional yeast is very detrimental to the health. It contains naturally occurring MSG. It's neurotoxic and leaves tiny, crystallized pockets of MSG in the brain. Just bcs it also contains nutrition it doesn't outweigh the bad. Believe what you want (and paid for studies) but atleast you have been warned. Source: Anthony William, the Medical Medium.🏵

Thank you so much Chef AJ We are just starting and learning I was going to do this on my own, but then my husband said he also wanted to But now at the same time when I talk about the things we are going to no longer use, he will say (no fun) So when I can find things and hear of that might make it easier for him that makes me so happy, and that it might really happen that we can do this together!
