•ice for thicker consistency
•honey for sweetening

It's called Intermittent fasting. You can eat healthy and still have your peanut butter shakes and all of that. Trust me. It will work for anyone.

I do freeze my over ripe bananas in their peels. Just let them sit in hot water for a few minutes, twist to loosen the peels from the fruit and they will pop right out. Not quit as frozen but very sweet.

Think about using dates as a sweetener. I'd use up to three. In other parts of the world, they consume banana skin and all. I buy organic bananas, rinse them under running water, slice them, put them in individual bags, and freeze them. I swear if you have a high-speed blender you'll never know that the banana peel was included. The banana peel and the dates add fill you up with fiber. Looks like a wonderful recipe.

Personally I'd use
unsweetened almond milk
A banana
No flax seed (the texture is awful 🤢)
PB2 (which is powdered peanut butter)
Vanilla extract
Flax seeds should not be eaten grounded. The shell of flax seeds contain cyanogenic glycosides, which break down to cyanide in your gut (lethal if too high dose). Whole flax seeds are fine since the shell won't be broken and only a few will actually be shewed, but you shouldn't have more than two table spoons a day of those.
