I combined this recipe with the garlic chili fried rice! OVER THE TOP!! Using the chili oil rather than olive oil and adding some sliced garlic made this absoltuely delicious. Thank you for sharing your cooking expertise with all of us.

This dish is amazing! It's made into our monthly menu because everyone in our family LOVES it. We literally go down to the local natural foods store and buy just a variety of mushrooms and experiment with it and it always turns out amazing!
Wow! I am not a confident cook (I don't even invite friends for a meal), and just tried this recipe. I am amazed at how easy it was to make and how wonderful it tastes, without any cream! Thank you so much, Wil. I am not vegan, but am really not afraid of this, and will definitely try more of your recipes! I live in Europe, so can't find all the same ingredients, but even my simple substitutes still taste pretty great. By the way, I love how you use minimal talk with the soft music.
Made this dish for dinner yesterday – it is absolutely delicious. Did not expect to have so much flavour with few ingredients. Added a bit of broccolini and edemame and voilà! Thanks Wil!

Sub wild rice & it's one of the best. Can do slivered almonds too.
I made this last night it was amazing ,I need to work on my rice though it was kinda mush not sure what I did wrong but the mushrooms were great

I just made this recipe, and holy shit… IT WAS STRAIGHT FIRE! We scraped every grain of rice of our plates! 🤤 🔥

When i tried to saute the mushrooms dry like u did, all the water came out from it 😭😭
That mushrooms in fried rice is legit legit
it looks very oily…i make my fried rice with very less oil

I would replace the olive oil with Cashew Cream, or Coconut Milk. To have a creamy Sauce. It would be much more delicious.

How can I replace the soy sauce? I don't eat salt at all.
