Going vegan is a
popular New Year’s resolution, and this month is known by some as Veganuary.
It is a global
movement in January to eat vegan, which means no meat or animal products.
For many, it’s a way to introduce healthier habits – and for
some, it could be a lifelong commitment.
Jenny Rodriguez,
who blogs The Pint-Sized Vegan, is trying to make the transition
easier by hunting down the best vegan options at local restaurants. “I also share some of my personal like recipes, which is more
comfort food-style, just to show like being vegan cannot only be about being
healthy but can be about still eating the foods that you enjoy.”
