This video is kind of creepy– as if the narrator's head was stuck on a dummy body. His delivery sounds artificial. Aside from that, he's pronouncing the word "pizza" in two different ways which sounds like a flub from the standpoint of presenting something to an English speaking audience. Also, I'm not sure what good it does to recommend a crust made from chickpea flour and tapioca without giving the proportions or method of making the crust. The whole presentation comes off an artificial and unnatural. Consider a more natural approach and one that is actually instructive. This seems like a lecture with no actual point to it.
Vegan pizza can be delicious and healthy, but let us hear what the narrator thinks are healthy vegan cheese ingredients, because most are not healthy. I've been enjoying vegetarian food since the mid 1970s and have never ceased to be impressed by the versatility of the cuisine.
