we made this today with my bf and it was delicious! we added 1/4 tsp chili oil tho bc the first time i cooked with it, it was too much for me! Thank you!
Another great & easy dish which tastes sooo good! I like that the videos are short & easy to follow and that all ingredients and steps are listed in the text as well. This dish is added to my regular menus. Yum yum… 😋
I loved the contrast between 1-2 word minimalist directions really setting it precisely like a gem in the bezel of our minds, with the pauses of ambient expressions. So audibly satisfying! Awesome, thank you!
I love your show and am making so many of the delicious dishes. But please stop saying "incredibly." Try a synonym like "unbelievably" or "fantastically" or "tremendously." Seriously.
If you peel the tough outer layer of the asparagus bases, the inside is perfectly tender and crisp. It can be eaten raw. I eat all my asparagus raw these days because it tastes so much better that way.
Been a subscriber for the last few months and now every time I strain my noodles over the sink and do the little "lift it up and bring it swiftly back down" move, I think of that signature shot form all of your videos!
Hi Wil, thank you for your amazing recipes. You are a multi talented star and I love the simplicity of your food which is nourishing and full.of integrity. Can you post more recipes without onion and garlic please .Many thanks, Hansa
I've made this outstanding, delicious dish twice. Both times with broccoli instead of asparagus. Other than that I followed the recipe to the letter, including your 'smokin' Chili Oil Thank you for the wonderful videos and recipes. Vegan Udon Noodles Lo Mein is a winner!

È possibile avere i sottotitoli in italiano? 💌👍👏🙋
“Literally absorbed”. Well yes. It’s delicious. I finished with a bit of chili oil. Fantastic Wil.
So yummy looking! ❤️ could you please let me know where you can get that plate?
Wonderful but the music doesn't fit. Just the natural sounds of cooking and cutting works for me.
had never cooked with bean curd sticks before (successfully 😉 ) this was really delicious, thank you!
Do you dark or light soy sauce, Japanese or chinese
