Misleading this. Cooked lentils will only give you 9 g of protein per 100 g. That's about 11.25 g of protein per 125 g.
Honest to God.
Great, and well thought out video
Red onion is the nutritional powerhouse of onions
Change your plastic kettle with a metal one, heating the plastic to 100 degrees, blasts microplastics into your water. BPA and the other types of plastic screw your endocrine system real bad. Great video, I plan on giving the vegan diet a go!
Definitely going to add this to my weekly diet. Looks easy and will be convenient to have prepped in advance.
bro this literally looks like an Indian dish called potato baji vegan style minus the potatoes 😂 if you or anyone wants to make this dish spicy or make the flavors pop out a little more, use 1/3 teaspoon of chili powder and when you cook your onions, buy and use ginger and garlic paste (some stores sell this paste in one tub as of where you will have to buy garlic paste and ginger paste individually). I would recommend to use a little less than Half a table spoon of them each depending on ratio. Always use less because you can always add more later if it's not enough. I hope shedding some of the Indian secrets help spice up and inspire any and all of you to get creative with your vegan meal prep!
So happy I found you!! Thank you for your videos ☺️
great video brother, may i ask how did you weight your food after you cooked it? its say 125g of uncoocked lentils?
What the heck is that water boil magic device you have? I wannnnnnt!!!!!
I don't care what anyone tells me at 2.50 he is mixing cornflakes and milk
I just tried this using red curry paste and it still taste pretty bland… Definitely missing something.
Really good content
You made an exceptional presentation, I appreciate the video quality, the charts, the brief concise tutorial, and the breakdown of the average price and nutritional content , it was really impressive! Great job!
Paint your nails silver 😂👌🏽
Too much solo lentil per meal. One can follow this simple yet absurd meal plan, but one doesn't have to. Hope that I've made sense.
Boiled lentil only have 9gr of protein
Love this. it's so delicious
Definitely will make more
This tastes like dogfood. I don’t know who brainwashed you to think this tastes good
some plastic boxes for the tittieees
There is a vast difference in protein and carbs per 100g of your Indus red split lentils than Tesco's own brand. How? Red lentils are red lentils, right?
everything looks good except for not being able to see your chiseled body somewhere in the video. 😛 bummer.
this looks soooo gooooood
Can you use almond milk
Food nice
Again, along with having it, have ir with; chickpeas, butter beans, cheese, boiled egg, tuna etc for extra macros man…
Wow 536 calories for 37g of protein , thats ALOT of protein! :))))xdee
Like that one!
How many grams of fiber do u usally get a day?
So have 85 protein x 4 ?
cheers Rob. cooking it now with some extra veggies
Just lentils isnt a complete protein. Can you add rice and other cheap grains without ruining the macros?
Can you tell me how would you eat those meals? All in one day or do you eat them over 4 days? Do you freeze them? I never meal prepped or tryied veganism so i would like to know… Also, if you do eat them all in one day, would it be a good idea to eat some grains to balance the amino acid profile? I heard grans or seeds should be combined with legumes. Is there a ratio?
This is great! Making it! 😋
Just tried this tonight. I really liked it, but did add a pinch of salt. Next time, I think I’ll add something simple on top as garnish – maybe some micro greens or herbs.
there is only 9 grams of protein in red lentils per 100g
Would love a link to the containers that you used? Thanks! Great video! Keep’em coming!
Are you avoiding oil?? If yes..why please?
His a drag queen at night XD
I just made this! It took longer to cook the lentils properly so I may soak them for 2-4 hours first next time. But it's bloody tasty! My first meal prep for my fitness journey!! 😁💪
So how about vegans that have high glycemic inflammation? Not everyone can ingest that much carbs without getting intestinal inflammation and bad cystic acne.
Love these videos 🙂 thank you so much for sharing! #plantpowered
