I made this exactly according to the recipe for dinner this evening and it is FANTASTIC! Thanks, Chetna, for another winner that I'll definitely make again. Only change for me was to use yellow beans as the green ones have just gone out of season at the farm stands here in Eastern Ontario (Canada). A really flavourful dish of veggies, and it was accompanied by your truly wonderful "My Best Chicken Curry" – oh my lord, what a dinner. THANK YOU!
This looks delicious I could almost smell it π
Wow!!! I can't wait to try this recipe!!?! I had a thought while watching this video clip, it would be an amazing acompanyment to roasted chicken pieces or any other roasted meat. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
So tasty to look, now need to do one,,,, thanks for sharing
Cool Try this quick and easy veg recipe https://youtu.be/CxShMciZZ6g
This is a lovely dish to make, but on your list of ingredients on the recipe page, it reads ancho powder instead of amchoor
I love this Chetna. Thank you for your hard work. I have already made it twice and it was gorgeous π
Looks really good . Is the recipe in your new book ? π
Maybe you could mention substitutes for the moire esoteric ingredients. In America, especially rural America, it is often impossible to obtain certain elements of your dishes. Also if you could SPELL the Indian spices and ingredients in the dropdown section it would make it easier to order them. Thank you. Love your channel.
Beautiful meal! Thank you for sharing with us!
Look's absolutely delicious ππππ
New friend here π€π€π€π€

Bravo Chetna I'm following you from Greece ,Your cooking is really tasty and most of all Easy Bravo
I love all your recipes! I make many of them regularly and I think this one will become a new one to our rotation!! It looks SO good!
My mouth is watering! Regarding frozen vegetables, unless you're lucky enough to be able to grow your own, or have a neighbour who'll share their's with you, there's nothing fresher than frozen veg.
Impeccable timing as I have just bought mango powder on a whim and was about to start researching uses!
Oh yum. I have everything too. Now I'm feeling inspired to make dinner. Happy holidays lady. Love your channel. βοΈ
Chetna, I feel like you single-handedly help me eat more vegetables and for that I am
so grateful.
Hi, Chetna – thank you for such a lovely recipe! Is there a written version of the recipe? π
I think I would love this because my boyfriend and I cooked a curry last night that also use similar spices and veggies (onion, carrot, potato, peas) and a few other things we had on hand. I was too lazy to make rice though, so I just had an English muffin with it! Haha
Please, what was added to the yoghurt after the cumin? Was it a dried chickpea? Thank you.
This would be a good one for my wife who enjoys carrots in her sabji dishes, whereas I generally do not, save for ramen noodles, fried rice, and some Thai dishes. A bit can be OK in sambar, too. I would be very tempted to add the potatoes and beans with the first water and lid closure to ensure they cook sufficiently. I might go with pumpkin or other squash instead of carrot or a bit of both. Asparagus is plentiful now, or was a week or so ago, but it is not a great fit for desi khana though there are some recipes out there and of course it is grown in Kashmir and other parts of India.
Excellent, the best & nice recipe ππ» looks so too much tasty & mouthwatering ,I liked it π
Yummy sabzi chetna ji ,looking good will try this hope my daughter will eat this sabzi as she makes frown face to eat sabzi whenever I prepare.

We live in northern π¨π¦ and we have 2 big summer gardens and a greenhouse. Right now we have a lot of winter veg stored in our root cellar. This dish will be perfect for using what we have grown, stored, and preserved. Thanks Chetnaβ¦ I just love your channel. ππ¦βοΈaryβοΈ
