I’ve been vegan for 7 months now and until I found your channel I was basically eating plain boring meals. But you inspired me to incorporate new flavors and dishes. I also convinced my best friend to try some vegan dishes – and now she is trying more plants into her diet. Thank you so much for your videos and for being just an amazing positive person <3

The thing is I don’t think that it’s particularly difficult to be vegan but I just can’t get my head around how to get enough protein without meat and eggs. I’m not so super stoked on beans and lentils. Tofu just depends on how you make it.

Ich finde es richtig gut was du über‘s Vegan – Nicht vegan sein gesagt hast. Wenn mehr Menschen versuchen würden, auch nur zum Teil vegane Gerichte zu integrieren, wäre schon viel getan
Das sieht alles so lecker und abwechslungsreich aus! Du machst ja viel mit dem Airfryer, sogar backen!! Was habt ihr für einen? Wovor mir nur gruselt, wäre eine komische Beschichtung….
