I tried intermittent fasting for the same reasons. Didn't want to loose weight. I found it really hard to eat a full days worth of food in a short period of time. Have you struggled with this?
I try to do intermitent fasting and it’s great! I hope you like it to and, to improve your digestive issues, maybe you shoudn’t be eating raw fruits and vegetables after having a cooked meal ( like you did with you dinner and lunch) ! Anyways, wish you the best 😉

I do the 16/8 plan …not perfectly but close. And then I got my period back after 20 years…I am sure there were other contributing factors to my hormonal health/recovery but I do feel intermittent fasting played a role, and definitely improved my digestion.
You could eat the same thing every day and I would still love these videos! 👍🏼
It is also healthy for the stomach.
