Totally agree. Focus on the food before exercise. Once you lose some weight you might find that you become more ready to prioritise exercise for the benefits that it will give you

Great to see another awesome video from beautiful Tia and there's no need to apologise for not uploading videos weekly. Tia your family👨👩👧👦 is more important than your YouTube subscribers/viewers. Do you have a airfryer or instant pot because recipes using them would be useful because I am planning to get both ( even though I know instant pot do a version with a airfryer but separate items means if a meal is being cooked in the instant pot I can cook something different in the airfryer at the same time). It's mainly to reduce energy costs because they are getting ridiculous. Love 🥰 the video and love 💞Tia.

The Problem is dear I CAN'T PASTA OR RICE. NOW I DO SUBSTITUTE RICE WITH CAULIFLOWER RICE. YUM. BUT PASTA NO GO.
