It’s great to know I don’t need to starve to loose weight. Plus I’ve never really like the low fat options, but too scared to eat full fat as it was seen as bad and made you fat. So just stuck to salads which gets boring and not much flavour. Then Turn back to old habits of processed foods.

As much as I like Autumn's smoothies, I have created my own killer smoothie which is high in fat & protein, yet low in net carbs & sugar. Hope Autumn doesn't mind me posting it, but it really makes for a super rich, thick, and creamy smoothie.
*Keto Berry Smoothie* 8 oz of unsweetened macadamia milk 8 oz of plain full fat Greek yogurt 1cup frozen mixed berries 1 medium sized avocado, skin & pit removed 2 oz heavy whipping cream 1 egg 1/2 cup of monkfruit 1 tbsp coconut oil
Pretty much just throw everything above in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. It will make for approximately four 8 oz servings, altho my wife and I split it into two 16 oz portions. The following macros are approximate and based on a single 8 oz serving. Calories: 200 Fat: 15 Net carbs: 6 Sugar: 6 Protein: 9
Again, these values are approximate, but there is no doubting the keto benefits of this mixture, and I guarantee it will be one of the richest & creamiest smoothies you'll ever have. I often make this for friends and family and they all love it. Hope you will too.
