I really wanted to lose my weight fast but I'm not good at restricting calories, I ate healthy starch solutions style foods. Even though I was impatient at the time, I am now glad it worked out that way. I still need to lose about 15 to 20 pounds, which I've been stuck here for many months.
I started raw vegan diet to cure my lungs.lost 18 kgs in 12 months and finally I can see my lungs improve after 12 months . So determined to take this further and fully cure my lungs ..weight loss is an added benefit..love raw fruits and veggies and seeds and nuts
Thanks for all the information you give . I am considering to make a transition gradually to be fruitarian /plant based diet . Just scared i will loose my muscle i have .
2-3 pounds a week is actually a lot of weight to loss.. It took me 5 years to loose 60 pounds.. It came off soooo slow..It was a whole lot of binging & skipping meals, now, I just have to keep it off, which is a daily struggle π
Totally agree with the "slow and steady" message. A person who loses weight in this way is, in general, more likely to keep that weight off than someone who loses a lot of weight quickly.
What you just said he 100% correct! i was 210lbs now 2 years later i'm 196lb. im averaging about a lb a week. and with how much i had to loose im happy with that loss. its sustainable. and as i loose it, i'm toning π Thanks Jack
i need to rapidly lose weight in 1 month badly! im dating this guy from europe, i promised him to lose weight at least 10 kilos, but havent lose much in 8 months since we last meet. now im in a panic to lose at least 5-8 kilos till he arrive in november. hahaha so heeeelppp! promise im gonna be maintaining a good vegan diet and lose more in the coming months.. hahaha

The first time out raw I lost 30+ lbs… This time with 50 to loose and 13 down in the last 6 weeks, I am working the 80/10/10 and and have found vids from you, tannyraw, and Lissa. You guys seem to be using an easier and softer way. And that works great for me… I'm just taking it a day at a time… I'm after long term health… Thanks for the inspiration. Keep on keeping on…. and… Keep the inspiration comingπ
