DUDE! I love your videos, but, this one was kinda not cool. Only because your focus on making a quick meal caused you to behave kind of manic and super hyped up that by the end of it, I felt kind of the same way. I was totally fine before watching this video and afterwards I felt like I had high anxiety. Maybe stick to your "what I eat in a day" style videos. Cool?

As for your "garbage bowl" – if you save the "garbage" for 3 or 4 days you can make your own pretty good vegetable broth out of that. That's what we usually do and it's quite tasty. Just an idea since you seem to like trying out new things π

Love your channel. Eating more plant based to lose weight become more healthy, I still eat meat but not as much. Would you happen to know why I would become intolerant to tomatoes or peppers and I think onions now, so weird I wasn't when I was younger.
I'm not even gonna try this because I know it's not gonna taste good. It looks really good though. I'm trying really hard to go vegan these past 2 weeks but I be suffering with these nasty food I be creating from youtube. I failed the mucus free diet. I just couldn't do it anymore. I'm trying to get rid of sinusitis and sinus problems in the throat but its hard when vegan food is nasty. Okay, I'm gonna try this.
