I've only ever used fermented tofu in fried rice, I might try adding it to my tofu scramble:)
Great tofu recipie
My wife and I went low carb recently, and she literally picked up those bean curd strips on Sunday, leaving me wondering what in the world I was going to do with them – talk about a coincidence!
I’d love to try the bean curd noodles. I hope I can find them soon 🤞🏼
Aw! I love the cat towel! 😻
Wow, great footage of you 🏂
I’ve never thought of using fermented tofu in my scrambled tofu before! I have to try that next time! Thanks Mary for these yummy and quick meals.
Yum, everything looks so good!
What sweetener did you use in the recipe with the nappa cabbage slaw?
What brand of air fryer is it?:D
I put a cube of fermented tofu in risotto ( my brother said it reminds him of it after some vegetable side dish over rice). Just mashed it and fried it with the onions a little and after that the rice and cooked it like normal. Hits the parmesan note quite well. But as a warning 2 cubes turns it in to furu risotto.
Fermented tofu is sooo good.
But the different kinds taste quite differently. I like the stronger tasting ones.
The sauce from the Nashville hot chicken is good, i run out of pickle juice before i use up all the pickles. Do you make your own pickles? Do you use dill pickles with a lot of juice rather than relish?
Mary, I’ve known how clever and awesome you are for sometime now. The fact that you referenced the “noodles” as pasta inspired makes my Nana smile. Thanks 💜🙏🏼
I need to try those noodles! Do they have a different texture from the shiratake (sp?) noodles? I did not find those pleasant.
Thanks for the medley, Mary! Nice skills on the snowboard and long board!
Ooo what are the texture and flavor of those noods??? That looks perfect tho
OMG That all looks SOOO GOOD!!! DEF trying that nashville chicken one but honestly it all looks AMAZING and a lot simpler than I thought!
Everything looked so delicious! I would have ate that entire block of chocolate at once too.
Yum! I'm in Calgary too. Where did you find the soybean noodles?!
Snowskating – also known as snowboarding 🏂☺️
Yummy!!! Do you have a link for the bean curd noodles? Would love to try that!!
I love aglio, olio e peperoncino (I'm Italian ;-)) and I'd like to try that 'tofu-pasta' thing, I am curious. However, no lemon juice or zest on mine please, haha!
I'm shook by the glass basket air fryer! Most of them have non stick coating, which I want to get away from
Everything looks so good. The last recipe, "not pasta", I'd like to try. Chester is yummy too ❤. I had a vegan Reuben and it was so good. It was wheat meat, so I guess seitan. Thanks for sharing all these great recipes and tips.
I'm shook by the air fryer I don't have one but now I want that one and those bean curd noodles are a chefs kiss I will be looking for those!
I've been making that Nashville tofu at least once a week for years now. I can eat an entire block of tofu in a single day when I make it, I just can't help myself. It's so good. I make it spicier and sweeter (I use the juice from pickled jalapenos and a bunch of cayenne and maple syrup for the sweetness) than the original recipe, but the method is gold!
