Delicious looking recipes. I make a similar breakfast sans sourkrout, but mine's usually cooked. I love salads and raw veggies but sadly I just can't tolerate eating too much raw veggies.

Hello Michele! Thank you for these delicious recipes! I found your channel today but I’ve already seen so many of your videos! I’ve got a question because I’m a little bit confused with calories counting because in the past I never really did it but now I want to track it so I know how many I approximately have. And the confusing thing for me is the basal metabolic rate. Is that the minimum calorie intake? Or that’s the recommended amount when you don’t have a big level of activity?

Hey Michele! What brand of tortilla do you recommend? I buy Ezekiel because I believe them to be the healthiest, but sometimes they are just too tough and I want something that more resembles a traditional consistency. Any recommendations?
