I know how to make such a complete system because it is about the way we build our homes so 😉 Contact me and let's start this with all other interested 😉
The best way to settle this is find a way to make a plant based diet work without any supplements… Then everyone will see anything from animals (oher than manure) science & youtubers is not necessary 😁
Meat although shown to do the same as vegan protein sources gives you more creatine and other essential acids and fats , but I'd argue an all vegan diet is bad just like I think only carnivore isn't optimal either… The most nutrient dense is by eating both among other reasons our body was made for both down to digestion and the way our teeth are… Every body builder I know doesn't see the same benefits of getting big eating vegan versus other diets
Yeah i don't know any bodybuilders in real life vegan or not, and i don't know any strongman, vegan or not in real life either + all the marketing, meat = manly , meat = strong. There are small % of these people anyway, so imagine the two overlaping, vegan deciding to go strongman or vegan deciding to go bodybuilding, the % are almost nonexistant. But still there are many if you know where to look, from powerlifters, bodybuilders to every athlete imaginable to just regular gym bros. Saw some german vegan bodybuilder dudes really pushing it now, team rocka nutrition or something like that, some are predominantly plant based some vegan, and all young dudes in their early 20s
Good breakdown of info. Thank you! You made some good points. I couldn't agree more, it's just down to the numbers. I think in general terms, it's just easier to not be a vegan (with regards to food availability in superstores, restaurants etc) and possibly something to do with amino acids more easily found in animal foods.
