I struggle to gain weight. Always had a high metabolism throughout my life. I also get full with little food so makes it hard. Currently I'm 120lbs and 5' 10" tall. I feel like I should be at least 130lbs and ideally 145lbs.
gain is never easy. i have been told so many times to just eat to gain weight! but the thing is its also about your diet, tried agoge diet and its the only thing that worked for me. its great! never felt better with my body

I love you videos and advice, but may I make a suggestion Dr Klaper? – could you consider investing in a better microphone please – on many of your videos I struggle to hear what you say, much is lost as the sound is quite muddy. Other than that love your work and contribution to humanity.
The article that is linked has a lot of snacks in the meal plan. I thought it was better to eat fewer meals?

I was trying to gain weight for years on a healthy wholesome plant-based diet, I'm 40, weight 55kg/176cm with 6.5 body fat. I drink a big green smoothie every morning, later a big ball of Teff/millet/oat porridge, lunch some lentil curry usually using a bit of coconut milk. Having some dates and nuts in between and evening a big salad with lots of sprouts and avocado and then some hummus/soup. Deserts crêpes from oats/buckwheat with banana, coconut etc…still can't gain any weight – people think that I don't eat! 😀 I cycle every day, but I Must hit the gym hard to make it 🙂
He mentioned about rice…what about arsenic in the rice ?
This has never been my problem, but I do read comments from people who need to gain weight. This will be helpful for the extra extra thin in our midst : )

thats great question how to increase calories while vegan. I'm pregnant annd still breastfeed my 1,5yo and i'm almost always hungry, it's so hard to gain weight my doctor is reccomending
