What do you think about eggs?
I've been a vegan before starting bodybuilding, and was always skinny fat. Not b/c of the veganism, but because I was out of shape and didn't work out. I'm starting to get into better shape, although I also have the bloating problem you mentioned and was never really able to resolve it.

I alway's eat lot's of fiber before going to a planned gathering. Oh just walk through the table's and let off a silent and very deadly will cause all the talking to just stop has they all look at each other okay who did it? Life is short why not have fun with your diet its not everday you let loose in an elevator then get off and then have folk's that just got on start pounding on the door has you hear one scream oh my god!!! 😂
Lot's of fiber on a cold day is great. A long gas outburst will fill your pant's with warm air to warm you up has your friends kick you out of the car! 😂
Veggies with high levels of plant estrogen will make your skin look great. Men well estrogen think about it! 😂

When i go out with the friends i have no problem with the menu, every place have fries, salad & beer, delicios but vegan
