I think I’d still be hungry after that lunch
Well if we’re sharing, here’s what I had today: muesli with blueberries, banana slices, chia and hemp seeds and almond milk for breakfast with a latte in which I used Silk vanilla oat creamer (it froths better than the soy one which used to be my favorite), lunch was tofu scramble and potatoes and dinner was vegetable fried rice with tofu, green beans and mushrooms. All that’s missing is a cookie 🍪
PS. Would love the recipe for that oat cookie you had for breakfast
