Ive just found out im gluten and wheat intolerant so now ive gone from veggie to vegan ive tried a few of your receioes they are awesome i just did the coconut curry and most of the breakfasts thank you im hooked on your receipes and videos. I just need some help what vegan grated cheese can i use im in London UK im just not sure please help many thanks keep up the good work
this is just not enough food for a person in one day! i think if i ate all 3 of the portions of all 4 of the recipes i might be okay… remember that vegans need to eat more in order to thrive on this lifestyle !!!

I found a spicy arrabiata sauce for the 1st time in stores yesterday and had it for dinner. It's the best pasta sauce I've ever bought. life changing π

I love learning new vegan recipes to try out, especially meal prepped meals, makes life so much easier and being healthy a breeze β‘β‘ keep up the amazing videos! xoxo
Those looks great and easy to make. I can't eat most of those recipes due to the legumes/tofu/soy ingredients. I have a blood deficiency that's called G6PD, which prevents me from eating them.

An alternative to soy sauce if you are wanting gluten free is Tamari
