PREACH! Quinoa is not high protein! Beans are not high protein! When other vegans or whoever say these things, I immediately know they're full of shit. I always wonder what their basis of comparison is for calling these foods "high" in protein. And totally agree that some influencers "try" out veganism as a way to lose weight. Antithetical to veganism but they don't care.
This Video Missed Soybeans for proteins 🤔 ? I personally Get my Proteins from Lentils, Oats, Quinoa and Chickpeas Soybeans very Rarely however I think it's worth a Mention Soy Products like Tofu, Tempeh are great Sources too.
