Are carbs best for energy or replenishment? Is there ever a right time for fats or should they be limited? How long before breaking fast should the salted water be consumed and is drinking water considered breaking fast? Lastly; what type of calories should snacks be.. carbs, fat or protein? Thanks
I’ve heard mct oil is great to break a fast since it has a lot of odd chain fatty acids which helps feed your gut biome and better taste. Avocado and olive oil are good as well. I usually break my fast with beef bone broth but the most I’ve done before now was 3 day. Trying to find a meal plan cuz I don’t plan on eating and significant amounts of protein till at least 2 days after I end my fats.I’m on day 6 of a 7 day fast as we speak and feeling great. Might go longer if I’m still feeling this good.

You should always take balanced electrolytes whilst fasting. So your body has been consuming your fat stores whilst fasting, refeed with lean protein no fat? 😂😂

So in this video he says avoid shrimp and scallops to break a fast, but I just finished watching a video FROM HIM saying breaking a fast with shrimp and "especially" scallops are great. This is annoying. At least correct urself or remove the false content if u discovered new scientific research to back up what ur saying if it contradicts what you've said in other videos.
Just broke my first 36. At some probiotic gummies, 2 Whole Foods dill pickles and dag-gum pound of Atlantic Salmon, roasted with 125g of roasted asparagus. LOL. Maybe too much? But that’s off the heels of a compound movement gym session at the end of fast – chest, legs and deads!
