Bhai mera weight abhi 89kgs hai aur meri height 5'8" hai. I'm trying to become lean while gaining muscle mass. The following is my diet, can you tell me what changes i can make.
Morning workout.
Pre workout- one banana and two egg whites, black coffee.
Post workout- whey isolate one scoop, and one slice brown bread with peanut butter.
Lunch- 150 gms chicken, one roti, one cup dahi and salad.
Evening- one scoop of whey protein(not isolate) and one orange or banana.
Night- 100 gms of mixed sprouts, beans and chana and 4 egg white scrambled.
I am still finding it hard to lose weight. What am i doing wrong??? 😕😕
