Watching your latest video. You are trying very hard, I’m seeing you doing your best. Definitely update us with your weight progression. I, too have had a regain trying to get off. I regained 24 lbs back to 223 lbs and had my weight down to 198 lbs so back at it and very motivated. I’m at 216.8 lbs this morning. How are you doing? I’m 64, retired ICU Travel Nurse. Once down to 198 lbs I’ll join a gym or invest in some serious exercise equipment such as a Treadmill since I have a second bedroom/rec room.
