Thank you for your videos I really appreciate them!!! I've been vegetarian for 4 years now and just recently I've been learning about the importance of reducing the anti nutrient content within grains and seeds. I now sprout grains such as chickpeas and lentils. If I don't sprout at least I soak.
Do you have any recommendations of how to reduce anti nutrients???

Hi hench, saw you at the vegan camp out last year, top man. Have you got any work out plans and diets I can follow? I used to be heavily into the gym around 4 years ago (eating animal based), and once I went vegan the lockdowns came in… I want to get back into it and get some plant based gains🌱💪

Hey I heard some anti vegan channels suggesting that the vitamin a from plant sources are not well converted and is very low. So can you maybe clarify that concept? Also some recommendations for vitamin a includes sweet potato. But does purple sweet potato has enough vitamin a?

One thing I like to recommend to people who clearly get enough iron: watch out with vitamin C, vitamin A, and acidic sauces with high non-Heme iron meals. Can be huge amplifiers. Vitamin C with non-Heme iron in your gut will always cause a slight to large inflammatory reaction with the Fenton reaction. That vitamin C will always increase iron absorption of non-Heme AND drive the pores of ferritin and release non-inert iron. Which is ok in moderation. So not the best to get vitamin C after a workout, because ferritin is acutely higher a few hours after exercise.

However, I'm also a recovering drug addict, and I relapsed badly. I'm back clean again now, back watching and glad to see Paul and Gemma still here and still going strong.
