Your pancakes 🥞 look so good. I usually don't eat bananas very often 'cuz they're sooo sweet & way too carby for me. However, I'd eat your pancakes like that w/that single little pat of "butter"! That's so cute! 🙂
I made a vegan Mac and cheese with cauliflower onions peppers zucchini and summer squash this morning. That you for reminding me about 50/50. I also decided to just eat 500 calories a day of starches and fats, the rest being fruits and veg. Hopefully this will kick me off my plateau!

I am afraid of lose skin after weight loss. But maybe eating plants would help to prevent it?
