If I were to do this, those dried red lentils would still be rock hard. How do you avoid having to cook them separately? The last thing I'd want is grainy and uncooked lentils.

Is there anything bad about soy?
In Indian they know if you keep food long prepared it looses its nutrients,that’s way they make all meals fresh!Ill only learn that being 69 but,you always keep learning! There is no easy way out,fresh cooking is necessary!

The protein needs to be bioavailable otherwise it really doesn't matter how much there is in the food. Also, adding anti-nutrients and toxins doesn't help.

I just have a question; I’ve recently joined a gym and training with a Personal Trainer who isn’t a fan of plant based diet/vegan which of course I am. After looking at my meals, he said I’m not eating enough protein to lose weight and tone, that I need to be having around 100 gms plus per day, taking into account my height 5’2”, weight etc.
Would you be able to advise how much protein I need each meal please.

Yes, I want also more Meal prep recipes. Maybe the same basic meal with different prepared sauces for each day to get the flavour not to boring. Thank you for sharing recipes that work also for an everyday lifestyle and not just for full-time athletes. 🙂
