Carnivore diet could for sure prevent heart problems, and heal it! Plants cause all illnesses and cancers that have escalated since the industrial revolution, and they keep increasing! Med school isn’t training doctors on the truth. The body is a whole system, so if one part malfunctions the rest will collapse/ illnesses occur ranging from autoimmune, diseases, cancers. Vegetable oils is a big problem and processed foods, but they are made from plants, and plants in general are naturally toxic and lead to all problems. They don’t want to be eaten! They have natural toxins, are anti nutrient, also block absorption of meat nutrients. All processed foods are made of plants, then there is whole food plants and eating raw or cooked causes illnesses! Plus all plants are processed as sugar by the human body and sugar causes heart issues and everything else people are sick or dying from! High LDL isn’t an issue if it is a healthy LDL. Triglycerides are carbs/ plants. Body doesn’t need them- can run off ketones from meat- the human ancestral way of eating. Carbs make us sick! Diet is all the reason why people are getting sick with heart issues, brain issues, cancers! You may say no way, but stand back and look! People are saying they are eating “healthy” and “balanced” with the recommended veggies, fruits, and very little meat, or no meat at all as told! They exercise too! But illnesses are increase, obesity, heart attacks, brain diseases, cancer keeps rising! It’s the diet that isn’t safe but toxic if including any plants! Everyone is shocked when a loved one has eaten “healthy” like above but then gets diagnosed with cancers, gets super sick, or drops from a sudden heart attack? We ask mistrained doctors why did it happen? They shrug saying we don’t know, maybe eat more plants! But that is false advise and people keep getting more sick! Drop the toxic plants and eat meat- beef is the highest quality! If you say no way and walk away, you may have turned away a change to change the fate of the future for friends, family, yourself- being healthy and avoid all this plant mess! You could save so many and be sick free, living a healthy long life. Humans are meant to live to 120, but diet is preventing it if you include plants! Humans can’t process them since plant cells are built differently than human cells. Why do you think thr body tries to flush them, it isn’t useful. Fiber is a scam, eat fatty meat cuts and drink water and things move along well. Fiber is causing intestinal illnesses too! Large colon isn’t meant to do all that work so often daily! Oil pulling works, i tried it and within a week I noticed improvements to my gum health. I needed a cleaning and noticed my gums were red and irritated, my dentist was booked out for 3 months so i tried it and yeah it works.
I am very interested if this will help my teeth health also. I am in pain since July 2022. Then my fronth teeth were drilled by accident shortened and drilled in fronth. I am trying to get my teeth healthy again and fix my nerve pain.

yeap , I was vegan myself, vegan diet is a complete joke, anyone i know has had their teeth damaged by it. I can say at this stage we are being lied to about everything, not many things out there are an actual truth nor have they ever been. vegan diet, atkins diet, soy,orange juice , sugar in every thing out there are f-ing our health , causing degenerative health issues, cancer, and yes teeth problems which are linked to our internal organ health .

I agree with all this! I had two surface cavities at the dentist right before corona hit and needed a crown as well, so I had to wait. I making a dentist appointment, I HATE going, but I noticed I had another small surface cavity and I thought WTH! I brush and floss. Ive been vegan for almost a decade and after researching vegans and oral health I couldn’t believe my diet was ruining my teeth! So I read everything I could and watched a ton of videos, the next day I basically went from vegan to keto, I don’t wanna be on keto and I’m starving to death and it was hard enough to eat meat and dairy again, but two weeks in two of my surface cavities are gone! My body and teeth just needed it! I’m eating cheese like crazy, fish, raw kale, raw spinach, carrots, peppers, TONS of raw veggies, chicken, some beef jerky and even a pork chop! No carbs in two weeks but my mouth looks great! My teeth are white as ever and my gums look wonderful. WATER!! I threw away my crystal lite and water water and rinse with water and swish with water and so much water! Water is great for keeping your mouth hydrated and clean. I rinse after I eat. Taking Cold liver oil. Also using the xylitol mints, I’m using a low RDA toothpaste, I will switch to a non fluoride. Also mineralized toothpaste, but I’m kinda scared of it 😂 I got bone broth but scared of it also. I’m brushing VERY lightly. I floss more than I brush. I brush with water sometimes in the shower! Tongue scraping and coconut oil pulling also, Now I’m gonna have a heart attack from keto but my teeth look better 😂 ❤
Can I ask you what is your blood type? I've been trying this weston a price diet and the grass fed beef bone broth (probably histamines) with the raw dairy (even kefir) made my eczema flare up like I've never seen before (last time it happened was before being vegan about 7 years ago) Going on fish has helped but I wonder if it's enough to remineralize.I did one year of raw vegan / high fruit detox and it made some things much better but made my teeth horrible, I see so much demineralization and I'm getting quite worried. I've been looking into blood type diets and seeing a lot pf correlation with various success stories of people on different diets, I've been sticking to the food list of my blood type and so far I have not created more inflammatory reaction in my body. Your enamel looks like it remineralised ALOT because your teeth look a lot thicker. My enamel is so minimal on the side teeth and starting to set in on the front bottom teeth (Thankfully my front teeth still look normal) so I hope it changes…1 week down- seeing improvements but obviously will need time. Meat, cheese, healthy fats, lots of kale for calcium too and sprouted grains (very small portion) with VERY minimal fruit with my oil pulling and neem oil/clove oil and my new brushing regimen with remineralising tooth paste. It's starting to help…. My teeth are whiter and not so sore- 1 week going strong!!! This video is great!!!!
