Hey guys i though it would be a great idea if i ask my question here, – do you think its sufficient to only have HIGH protein intake (like 0,8g per 1 lbs) the day of workout/day after the workout if you train at night or is it neccesary to maintain hight protein intake whole week through when lifting?
