I hope you see this comment i love your videos i really like that you write in the description all the ingredients and the measurements for each.I think that if you also added the calories and macronutients (carbs/protein/fats) it would add value to the subscribers a lot of us are new to the vegan lifestyle and also have goals to lose weight.Thanks for the amazing recipes and keep making great content❤

I made this and we liked it very much. I do think maybe my quinoa got overcooked in 20 minutes–I'm going to try it again using the method in the other recent quinoa nourish bowl (toast, then rinse, then less water and less time????) and I might add more veggies and omit the maple syrup since we don't eat that much sugar. I'm still learning to cook with quinoa–the other nourish bowl was my first time ever. Thank you very much for all your videos. I didn't grow up eating food like this, so it's very educational and helpful as we try to improve our diet!
