I think you fucking hot, omg !
yr freak'n awesome,
I find it tiring how ppl equate vegan with things like body image, I eat all kinds of toxic things …
I can almost see my abs
I'm so turned on ! 😀
very funny !
But losing weight and looking better is definitely an added bonus that could make some people go vegan and as long as they are actually vegan then their motives are irrelevant. It would promote the cause better to just embrace that people want to look good.
Great reminder, thank you
your so funny
Of course your health is in the interest of the animals. You eat shit and get sick. In the worst case you have to take medication tested on animals.
I agree. Veganism is foremost an animal rights issue. However, too many people opt for veganism as a fad diet, lose weight, and then say, "OMG, veganism works!" or gain weight and say, "OMG, veganism sucks!" People who stay vegan seem to be doing veganism for ethical living in their frame of mind. I have yet to meet someone who choose the vegan lifestyle as a political protest against the industries that use traditional farm animals (cattle, swine, birds, fish) and really is someone who advocates a more sustainable future, which does mean consumption of bugs. Bugs are not vegan, but they can give more protein than the traditional, large farm animals and use less water resources. Therefore, I think entomophagy is the more practical/realistic future, not veganism. I like the mindset of veganism, but I think it's unnecessary when you consider that you can actually eat bugs.
omg, you make me chuckle! 😂😂😂
I know you focus on veganism for your channel but you are super well spoken and intelligent and i would love if you also made some videos about feminism too if you ever have the time because i imagine you have amazing things to say and i remember you saying you also took women's studies!!!
Pleeaseee do another video about vegan children going in depth explaining it please. I know you have made a video on it, but i just can't understand what the parents are saying well enough to explain to my family becuase they are giving sooo much crap to me for me saying im gonna raise my kids vegan.
I LOVE THIS
the only season why I went vegan 3 weeks ago is to lose weight…
You are so impressive. I have been vegan AND I have been training for a year and a half but I an just not gaining muscle. I am not a raw vegan though. I eat what I need, should I eat more than what I am hungry? Should I have more protein? I don't want to gain back the weight I lost. I do have cookies sometimes but I go back to my weight after with my fitness pal
I went vegan four months ago to improve my health. I've lost 30 pounds, 3 inches off my waist, dropped my blood pressure by 20 points, and dropped my heart rate by 18 beats per minute.
Lol.. Laughed so much
Like it or not, vanity maybe the best hope for the animals/environment. If veganism wasn't such an awesome weight loss plan I would never have tried it. So I guess that makes me an "unethical" vegan or maybe I shouldn't call myself vegan at all, but that's the reality: "Make me hot and/or make me rich" mentality.
Gasp! You have a Noodle tattoo! 😀
I'm that vegan with a flat tummy, but I still have an ass, HAH IM LUCKY
I love you Emily
Health is an acceptable reason to BECOME vegan, but I would hope most people would CONTINUE to be vegan for ethical/environmental reasons.
why not go veg for all these reasons with a calm mind and a compassion that burna bright!
Sometime ago there was a rather intense debate over the thigh gap issue (non-issue). The intensity of exchanges which took place took me entirely by surprise. Apparently for some, thigh gap is a big deal. To be blunt I was pretty much stunned that anything so superficial could promote what seemed to be outright hatred. Vicious attacks went back and forth between various camps, and this war of words continued for months. Given the points you've just made, about which I agree, the whole body image thing just seems ridiculous – as it still does. I admit that if the shadow of your ass weighs 5 pounds, body image might be a personal issue. However, going vegan only to drop some weight is simply selfish and pretty one dimensional. If you can't connect the dots between your dietary choices, the environment, and animal suffering then you're not really vegan.

In my personal experience, doing it for health led to giving up because you can lose weight on other diets. When it was just about my health it was just about me, but learning more about what the animals go through and what it does to the environment motivated me more because those things are so much bigger than me. Especially the environmental impact because that affects every single living being on the planet.
+Bite Size Vegan_ I shared this video on my Facebook! Thanks for addressing this issue in the vegan community. It's unnecessary and its tearing us apart. Thanks again Emily!!
Lol those cows don't give a damn
Your abs are still way better than mine >_< Love ya Emily! Keep up being an inspiration!
ALL of those reasons are good reasons to go vegan…. being vegan has many positive benefits! 🙂
