I guess you are using veggies instead of fruit, for the smoothies, to digest better with fats from seeds, and protein? Is that a proper taste?
Is it possible to switch the bell peppers for fruit and add more oats instead of adding beans?
With all the respect, human body can absorb up to 40g of protein from one meal and the rest gonna end up in toilet so what is the point really?🤷♂️

Beans in the protein shake is one of the best ideas ever, an easy way to get extra protein in. It's more economical than buying tofu, and the taste/texture isn't bad at all. I buy dry great northern beans and cook them in batches to add to the blender 1 cup at a time. 🙂
Step 1:
Get a HUGE blender.
As a UK user of Cronometer I tend to input my cannellini beans as navy beans on there as they have an almost identical nutritional profile I think Navy beans are more widely consumed in the US hence the more detailed listing. Thanks HH, big fan of your content.

It's an unusual combination, but all good stuff! To get half of your nutritional needs in one smoothie is amazing, and shows that we can get all we need on a proper wholefood vegan diet. And kitty got her two cents in too, lol! 🙂

Is eating 160 grams of protein a day , as a 70kg teenager , that works in a gym 4-5 times a week enough ?
Oh Hench forgot to mention.. I know your a vivo ambassador but clean machine lentein protein smashes it out of the park my friend.. you should get on board with them.
Looks great, but that’s a lot of calories for me in one go! It’s also all my protein for the day at 67kg haha
I usually whack in some tumeric, pepper and Amla to my smoothies every day as I find it helps me be less achey after my climbing sessions 💪🏼
