Love, Brussel sprouts, beets, Cabbage, broccoli π₯¦ parsnips, rutabaga carrots π₯
Swede, my mother always prepared the best swede to go with our xmas dinner
Looks scrumptious!
Going to give this a try at the weekend., thank you for the recipe.
Looks like a great meat alternative for any Sunday lunch as well.
Marmite is such An underrated food source. I wish I saw more people actually utilize it. It has such a high protein Content but also tons of B12
Even if you're not using it in this form of an application you should at least try to get some of it in on a daily basis to really utilize the B12 in it
Another great video my friend
Sweetcorn definitely doesn't fit imo. I feel it's mostly root vegetables + broccoli or cauliflower.
π€€ Iβm dreaming of a Vegan Christmas π π π
Oooh parsnips have to be on a Xmas roast!! π
Keep up the great work hench . Loving it ππ±π
Awesome stuff hench . Great video . I do wish it was longer though ππ±π
Another great video, thanks Mr & Mrs Herbivore π
Whaaaat? I LOVE brussel sprouts, but I never cook or steam them but bake them in the oven or roast them in the pan, then they taste much better as they are not mushy then but crispy on the outside π€€ the roast looks bomb, can't wait to try π
Super video, I've not made my own meat replacement before but think I must give this a go. Sweetcorn is a must at Christmas in my house

Awesome! Keep the fantastic content coming. I'm hoping to publish a book in the next few weeks and I list you in it as a youtuber to follow. π
Looks excellent! So yesterday was Thanksgiving here in the U.S. I don't personally celebrate the holiday, but I have to say I thought about how thankful I was for all of the quality content you two have put out over the years. You and Gemma have helped me, my wife and 4-year old son tremendously. Thank you.
Can you pleaseeee do a vital gluten free similar recipe? It looks great, but i puff up like a puffer fish if i eat that :))
Crimbo sorted πͺπ₯π₯π₯ππ₯π₯π₯πͺ

I love roast sprouts and spuds and steamed spinach for veggie sides. Im also a fan on air fried eggplant, goes crispy and tastes real smokey. Thanks for the awesome recipe will def try it out. Sending love from Oz x
Roast parsnips
I tend to add a little bit of aminos and maple to roast my sprouts makes them amazing
Potatoes, par boil, rumble with some garlic, onion, and sage/thyme then roast
Red cabbage with a little bit of balsamic
OMFG I'm hungry now π
Gosh, that vegan Christmas dinner looks so nice π π
Looks great, everything you need for an Xmas dinner. I usually do a nut roast, with all the veggies (I actually do like sprouts, lol) and some gravy (same one you used here) π The seitan log looks really filling and tasty π
I was anticipating this! Thanks so much.
Thanks for another great video!! π₯³ππΌ
That's how it's doneπ
Looks awesome
Omg, am barely ten seconds in and already Iβm sold!! Gimme that dinner!!! π€©ππ½ delish
Edit: sweet corn goes with everything! My top Xmas veggies are parsnips, swede, broccoli, I love potatoes in any form, and of course sprouts… not Xmas dinner without em, is it!
Hope u and Gem have a lovely Christmas season πβ¨π πΌ
Looks amazing and making right now for sunday dinner and weeks' ahead (going to pop some in my freezer). Love all those veggies but would add parboiled parnips then airfried and a bit of homemade cranberry and orange spiced sauce. Christmas Day dinner may have a chickpea flour yorkshire pudding and gravy. Thank you x
Looks delicious buddy might give this a go! Can't go wrong with potatoes for me, I used to dislike sprouts but since going Vegan I love them haha.πͺπ±π
We had a vegan shepherds pie for our thanksgiving dinner and sides were squash and spinach mix
Keep up the great work Hench!
π
thanks paul
This Looks incredible! How long to rest for ?
Great video! I also add blended/ground dried lentils to my dry mix, to make it super seitan! As this lentil flour gives the amino acid lysine which vital wheat gluten lacks. Which of course can be added elsewhere in diet, but I find this addition gives a nice improved texture to the seitan and shuts up meat eaters when they complain vegan meat isn't a complete protein source!
