You really do a good job explaining everything, I really like your channel. There are a few things I would recommend that would really improve your dishes for the future. Curries are made with fresh coconut milk and using it will make the curry so much creamier and tastier than using a milk substituting from a carton. Also curries always have the starch as a side to the dish, instead of it being inside, they do this because after a day or so the noodles become engorged with water and will be too soggy. For immediate consumption it won't really make much of a difference but when meal prepping you want the food to last and taste as good as possible. Adding lime leaves too and some Thai basil will really kick up your dish as well. I worked in a Thai kitchen for years so this kind of food is right up my alley. Really good take though, great job!
You can't add the potatoes and the broccoli at the same time because the broccoli only needs about 3 minutes to cook. Otherwise it will be way over cooked.
mine is miso ramen with vegetable bouillon, mushrooms, bok choy, tofu and of course ramen and miso paste (: Sooooo good <.< ohhh and if you get soymilk and blend freah strawberries you get a healthier strawberry milk and thats amazing it doesnt even need sugar ♡♥♡♥
When your family is not vegan and complain that your always cooking. When you're the only vegan in the house and meal prep for the first time and they complain that you have to many tuberware in the fridge. Lose lose situation lol
Great ideas. I will definitely try the curry. Be careful with using plastic with hot food. Some plastics release harmful chemicals when heated. I use wooden spoons and glass containers.
hey, great recipes! I am not familiar with these prep meals style, do you keep those containers in the fridge? I can tell you save a lot of time during a busy week but isn 't it healthier to eat a meal (Especially veggies) that has been cooked at the same day (or the day after)?

Hey girl , I have been vegan now for a few months and loving life. After many research on animal testing I want to go cruelty free and vegan with my beauty stash. After looking at logical harminys blog, i had a lot of questions to ask. I have a urban decay naked 3 palette which I love and adore. I believe that urban decay do not test on animals, but loreal (😡) who do now own it , same with the likes of the body shop. Do I stop buying from them ?? What is a parent company X ? 😌🐸🐽🐦🙈🐷🐱🐨
Yes! More please. I need help with meal prep. I work and am a grad student. So I go classes after work usually until 10pm so I want be healthy and vegan! I'm still vegetarian. Also budget friendly vegan meals would be great. The struggle is real over here at UTA 😫
