This showed up in my feed again and this time I have more to say than "No recipe tho?"
I'm not Asian but this thing where the food's of other cultures is being called "Nasty" is such disgusting thing to me. I've seen said post and honestly to me it just looked like…. broth. Like soup. I'm half German half Italian, living in Germany but I'd never call someone's food nasty.
I'm also not vegan but your recipes made me want to learn how to cook since I want to try them out. And while learning I realized.. you can just switch the stuff you don't like. It's that easy. I don't like egg yolks, or any cabbage aside from red and broccoli. It's so easy to adjust the recipes to your liking. And that's one of the great things about food
I am a watermelon sweet pickle maker. I also make candied ginger, orange peel, and other citrus peels. What it comes down to it it is using up every bit of any rare food item. Ginger is my favorite.
Some ppl literally do not have the privilege of being vegan etc or even choose their diet. Being vegan is great choice, but not everyone can do it.

Animals aren’t food anyways that’s the whole point of veganism.
Pretty sure the one who said it has had nothing but salt and pepper. Bland is their taste.
Is the recipe illustrated kind of like a pickle?
"it's not the food… that's nasty" 🤣💕❤️
In other words …be kind.
Love your posts.
