How do u count 30 plant based a week? How do you count herbs & spices – what measurements do u use?
I count 50-80g as a f&v portion & try to get as much variety each day.
It's a challenge but I really enjoy it & a good change along with more protein for 2023 & beyond๐๐ซ๐ฏ

Sauerkraut recipe: one cabbage roughly chopped, mustard seed, coriander seeds, rock sea salt (1 spoon of salt for 1 L of cold water). If you have horseradish, put some sticks in. Put everything in a big jar, compress and pour the salted water but do not cover . Wait for a few days (5) untill it's bubbly on top and smells fermented.

I watched a podcast where you were interviewed about the gut biome. I have always eaten a variety of fruit and veg and herbs and spices. Dr Campbell got me eating saurkraut. I added Kimchee and keffre, but I wasn't sure how to incorporate the keffre, so now I see how to do that.
I would eat the lunch as a snack not a meal LOL. It doesn't look like a lot of calories. I think I will do the cauliflower meal, I buy 3 'cause there's a deal usually and broccoli I get 2 or 3 on a deal. I usually add to a veg soup. I bought snow peas and mixed salad, normally I get iceberg and spinach.
So yeah your interview has changed what I will buy I'll get more sprouts as well, I love sprouts anyway.

Not all of these things are available year round where I live, some of it is very expensive, and avocado farming is not really good for the environment.
