I make something similar of your bolognese, but i use the vegan chicken stock and add half cup dried green lentils. Haven't used the tomatoes but will give that a try. The herbs sound like a good addition
Hi Michele! Have you tried adding frozen okra to smoothies? It sounds weird, but you cannot taste it at all! It is really filling. I add 1/2 cup to a cup of frozen sliced okra to my smoothies daily. Try it! I know you wonβt be disappointed! They are so full of health benefits too.
Pretty much any meal you could ever fathem is a protien and carbohydrate containing meal. Ex: a 600 monomeal of pasta wheat contains 126g of carbohydrates and 24g of protein (thats a lot of protein), a 600 calorie monomeal of oranges contains 150g of carbohydrates and 12g of protien (source USDA)
