I used to do the same. I'd get a box & a couple extra burritos from TB. Eat like 2000cal+ in one sitting. You're doing great on your journey. Keep it up! 👊🏻
That banana split breakfast looks amazing!!! I can only eat soup when I'm sick, lol, but my husband always craves Chinese food and McDonald's chicken nuggets when he's sick
Been watching your videos. Sending lots of love and support on your journey. I am 1.71 m (5"7) was 82 kg (181lbs) at the start of 2022. Now, I'm 72 kg (158lbs) through intermittent fasting, walking 10k steps at least 4 days a week, and eating clean. It was a lonely holidays and drank and let myself go abit and went up to 75 kg but Im back on track again at 72 kg.
I know everyone's journey is different but from what I've watched on your journey thus far, can I make a suggestion? I think it would sustainable for the long term if you start incorporating more veggies/fiber/lean protein as one of your meals. You can still indulge on the other meals but you will now introduce more nutrient dense foods to your daily caloric intake. For me, this was the level up. I began to appreciate the veggies and healthy fat meals and I don't feel guilty when I wanna indulge in a Whopper or some fast food/ junk food over the weekend.
I'll be cheering you on. Also, for me at least, I saw my weight drop so fast when I cut out processed sugar and foods. I crave them yes, but try to limit it to a meal a week. Like you said, moderation is key
As long as 80% of the calories you are consuming are coming from good whole food sources, the other 20% you can have whatever you want. It's a realistic balance.
Maybe you should go to a weightloss doctor. Someone your size should easily lose at the very least, 1 pound a week. To add to it you’re in the shorter side, 5’3, meaning the weight loss should be noticeable. Really not trying to hate but if you’re serious about weight loss there are some changes you need to make to actually lose weight.
Obese people lose weight way quicker than slightly overweight individuals and you’re on the obese end making very little progress.
I sometimes eat more calories than her and I'm losing about 1 kilogram per week. I've already lost 25 kilograms (55 lbs) since July 2k22. I'm 23 and 177 cm (5'10"). I exercise minimum once a week (3-4 times if my spine condition don't put me down). Yes. People can lose weight when they eat 2k calories. I understand why she make choices like that. Otherwise she will probably eat 3-4k calories because of strict and non-enjoyable diet (non-enjoyable for people who eat fast food and sweets for a long period). She is learning how to not binge. In the future she will have smaller deficit, but not now. It's very hard to people like us to stop binge and change Old habits. It's about mental health too. Please, don't hate her for that. She is doing what she actually can
am i the only one who thinks she's overestimating the kcal in almost every video? a banana – 100kcal, low fat yogurt – maybe 100-150kcal, sprinkle of granola – 50kcal, that bit of peanut butter and nutella – 50kcal, i'm at 350kcal at the most for that breakfast.
maybe it just looks like she uses less than she does, but it makes me think i'm doing something wrong even though i'm very diligent about my own tracking and definitely counting correctly for my own food.
My new obsession recently is: 1/2c Cottage Cheese Drizzle of honey Optional: add blueberries/raspberries/dark chocolate. It’s sweet, salty, and full of protein!
1954 is not a calorie deficit if you don’t work out. Unless your the size of a basketball player or obese. Your deficit should probably be more around 1500, only if you don’t exercise. If you do exercise 1900 is normal
it doesn't taste 100% the same, but you can use powdered peanut butter which is just 45 calories per serving, and that will save you calories to eat a little bit more. Also, if you arent allergic, you can add one scoop of your favorite whey protein (also add some artificial sweetener) to your yogurt and that'll give you more protein and make you feel more satiated.
I wish I eat like this and I stay slim , if I eat like this I become so so fat
I used to do the same. I'd get a box & a couple extra burritos from TB. Eat like 2000cal+ in one sitting.

Good point with taco Bell. You've reduced your food intake from what you once ate. You don't have to cut drastically and you're sticking to it.
Hungry physically but not mentally means you need something to eat but don’t have an appetite for it!
This cow is not gonna loose any weight..stop watching this stupidity
Ignore what others say. Whatever works for you. If you are getting the results you want at your pace then fuck what others think.
Taco Bells is so good
Try soup, more water, coconut water, tea with lemon and honey.
Also putting garlic cloves in your nose will clear up any cold.
Bruh my mom told me I need 900 calories to loose weight

This woman is stupid as fuck , has she not watched a single fitness video or does she not have any common sense at all ?
