Kimi, you have done an extraordinary job at changing your mindset about your food intake. I went through some of your past grocery hauls since you have been working towards your weight loss. What I personally noticed is you were buying "healthier" choices but they were still processed meals. I was too. This last grocery haul was a healthy fresh vegetable and fruit haul. MINUS the processed box foods. I think that is where we all fall short and get swept up into. Media advertising push people to eat healthy, but then trick us with the boxed foods that are so high in things that aren't good for us. I wonder if by doing the raw veggies during the day and add a white meat, chicken, fish or pork may give us the vitamins and minerals we need. This past week, I didn't buy any boxed meals. I did buy boneless skinless chicken breast and some salmon. By cutting out the boxed meals, " healthy" snack foods I not only saved a bundle on groceries, I ate all fresh veggies and fruit with one cooked meal that included the chicken. Lost 3 pounds this week. I just can't give up my meat but I definitely can do this for a while.

Kimi, thirty one wow you are doing it. The knowledge that you're learning will be with you for life. Speaking of sodium, I had to cut out due to high blood pressure and after that everything I ate had so much salt in like that I didn't want to eat it, we do not need that much salt, it's like they did it on purpose to make us gain weight etc. I stopped cooking with too. Now I don't even want it. I can see your weight lost just by your upper body, and yes I see how happy.

your doing so good. I can see that weight smelting off it maybe take a while but you did not gain over night neither, No matter love yourself will the best part if this weight loss plus be heathy.

Wow Kimi, you're absolutely crushing this! I am so impressed with how much research you have done to educate yourself! Would you happen to know if the 80-10-10 diet would be beneficial to one with diabetes? I have always avoided carbs, in order to keep my blood sugar down. And your hair is so pretty sitting in the sun!

Loving this video and seeing different ideas for healthier meals. I have also gotten back on track calorie countering and I'm also trying to go low sodium. I know this time I won't stop my diet bc I had a major health scare a week ago. I'm still shook up about it and actually still need to see another doctor to find out the cause. I HAVE to do it for my health this time. I'm too scared of unhealthy foods now.
