Hope you all enjoy this video! Even though the title implies soup season ends in spring, can anyone else eat soup all year round, regardless of the weather?! 🙋♀️
Thanks for watching 🥰
The brand “Fody Foods” has FOOD ALTERNATIVES for things generally made with/from TOMATO 🍅 —since it’s a zero fodmap brand, and tomatoes happen to be high in fodmaps. A low fodmap diet is generally recommend for those with stomach issues, like IBS, or it can be used as an elimination diet to find food intolerances. I’m sure this could also be helpful for those allergic to tomatoes. 😊
Waww nice …yummy
Would you try Filipino Monggo soup? This is made with mung beans and other veggies. You can sub the meat with tofu or skip it altogether.
While chicken bouillon and chicken stock adds great taste to food, it's not suitable for vegans or vegetarians

I love to make soup year round. I'm going towards a whole food made from scratch way of eating mainly because I'm diabetic and allergic to corn and cinnamon wich causes me to be mostly gluten and dairy free also. I'll definitely be making some of these soups

we dont follow the vegans because they are aganst and regardless all year stupid against animans. Animans thought will eat us stupit vegans. everybody should eat what the stomach takes. Vegans dont play with false meat. try to eat good food as you say.
As soon as corn is included in a soup I shut down. Don’t like it at all.
Eu sou vegano 🌱 e amei o modo de preparo dos seus alimentos. Faço semelhante aqui no Brasil. Compro sempre vegetais frescos e orgânicos e livres de GMOs.
Adorei sua receita de sopa de tomate e feijão branco ❤
Your voice is lovely!
