The original recipe is from @thebigleybasics with a few little changes
Ingredients: ~ 4 Tbsp almond flour ~ 1/2 cup coaco PB2 powder (+ the water used to mix with the powder to make it into a spread) OR just regular peanut butter ~ 120g chocolate OPTIONAL: 2TBS maple syrup (I didn’t use this which made them super peanut buttery 😍 and not sweet)
Method: 1. If using PB2 powder mix with water (you want to add the water little bits at a time until you get a good thick consistency) 2. To a mixing bowl add the peanut butter, almond flour and maple syrup (if using maple syrup) and mix well. The mixture should be firm and hold together well. You may need to add more flour or peanut butter to get the mixture right. 3. Divide the mixture into evenly sized balls (8 smaller ones or 6 bigger ones) Shape each ball into an egg shape and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Place the peanut butter eggs in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden. 4. Once the peanut butter eggs have hardened, melt the chocolate and evenly coat the peanut butter eggs. 5. Once of all the peanut butter eggs have been coated with chocolate, place them in the freezer for another 15 minutes, until the chocolate is hardened. 6. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
