Would be interested in some ideas of how y’all eat to hit your goals while on the go. I pack my food with me 90% of the time but find the hardest times are when I’m a couple hours later coming home than planned and need to pick something up that doesn’t completely derail me. Finding vegan options at restaurants is hard enough and way harder when also taking macros into consideration. Even quick grocery store grabs would be useful!
I’ve been relying on beans for protein, but find I can’t eat enough. I’ve been focusing more on tofu, homemade seitan and I just ordered the giant box of soy curls! Let’s go 💪🏼💪🏼

But what about bioavailability ….and we have eat large portion of vegan/vegetarian food … as compared to meat and egg eaters…?
